I drew this study of a Sunflower blossom one summer in the beautiful morning light on a screen porch overlooking a lake in Georgia. The person who grew the flower helps grow a giant field of them which I look forward to seeing. I loved the pattern of the petals and leaves and the intricacy of the center.
